| Today’s construction industry market competition is intense,all kinds of construction enterprises through internal adjustment of strategy and the management pattern,by completing from extensive development to the development of the fine cross,step by step with the changing of national policy environment,market competition is increasingly fierce,one of the EPC mode as the main mode of engineering project contract,in our country has been widely used in large and medium-sized project,due to the strong EPC mode of project investment professional,clear responsibility,wide range,the study of the cost control,has very important theoretical and practical significance.In order to further improve the profit level of EPC projects and reduce risks,effective project management measures are very necessary,among which cost control is the key to EPC project management and also an important factor to achieve the expected profit target.Therefore,EPC general contract mode is a trend as well as an opportunity.To stand out in the tide of competition,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the study of cost management theory and cost management system.Located in The new District of Lanzhou,Western Lanzhou Medicine Valley Industrial Park focuses on building the biological and pharmaceutical industry base in the province.Because the nearby thermal power plant cannot provide steam,it cannot meet the annual production heat of the new district Medicine Valley Industrial Park.However,the enterprises in western Lanzhou Medicine Valley Industrial Park have settled in and are in urgent need of industrial steam.The construction of the heat supply project in Western Lanzhou can meet the production and seasonal heat of the whole year in the near future,which is in line with the policy direction of the government for environmental governance andrectification,and has significant economic,social and environmental benefits.While EPC general contracting projects bring profits,risks also exist.Reducing risks and improving profits are the primary goals of project implementation.To achieve this goal,the company must effectively improve project management ability,and cost management is the key.Through the study on the cost management of EPC heating project of X Company in Western Lanzhou,this paper studies the cost control of EPC general contracting project from the perspective of finance.The research content is of certain theoretical significance and practical value both in theory and in practical project management.In this paper,we analyzed the lanzhou west medicine valley EPC heating project X company current outstanding problems existing in the cost control,by collecting data,analyzing data,application of full cost management,earned value analysis and target cost method,establish suitable for X company lanzhou west medicine valley EPC heating project cost management system,and optimization of cost control and improvement measures are put forward,and thinks that the EPC project in the process of execution measures should be to strengthen the optimization of design schemes,this is the premise of cost management,then to strengthen the management of procurement and construction process,the whole process to strengthen project risk management,In order to gradually improve the EPC general contracting project cost management level,constantly summarize good management methods,for other EPC general contracting projects of the same kind in the cost management of reference,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the company. |
