In the process of freeway maintenance and repair,the traffic capacity of vehicles on the construction section will decline,causing traffic jams and accidents on the road,and threatening the traffic safety and transportation around the construction section.It is necessary to guide the traffic through effective traffic diversion organization scheme to reduce the adverse social impact caused by the maintenance of road sections,reduce the traffic interference caused by the construction,and ensure the construction progress and quality.In view of this,this paper carried out an in-depth study on the traffic diversion organization and management of freeway maintenance engineering under the condition of large traffic volume,studied the traffic characteristics of freeway maintenance engineering under the condition of large traffic volume,analyzed the division of freeway maintenance construction area and traffic impact;The driving characteristics,driver characteristics and traffic flow characteristics of freeway maintenance and repair engineering are introduced.The calculation method of traffic capacity in maintenance and repair area is studied.The traffic capacity in maintenance and repair area should be combined with formula calculation and numerical simulation analysis under the condition of large traffic volume.Traffic capacity is closely related to road service level.The ideal road service level is difficult to achieve in the maintenance and maintenance stage.However,measures can be taken to improve the traffic capacity of the road,so that the traffic diversion organization of the road is easy to implement.Traffic diversion organization should proceed according to the process,according to its work level,work content there are different ways of division;During traffic diversion,the determination of parameters such as the length of each maintenance area and the location of traffic guidance signs can be calculated by the factors related to these parameters.Based on the case study of Heping and Dingyuan tunnel maintenance and improvement engineering project of G22 Qinglan freeway,the traffic diversion organization and management were applied,and the layout of various diversion points and the setting of road safety facilities were determined according to the traffic diversion theory.This study can provide a basis for the maintenance work under the condition of the following freeway opening to traffic,strengthen the security of the passage during the maintenance and maintenance of the freeway,promote the normal construction and unobstructed road network during the construction of the freeway maintenance and maintenance engineering,and the research results have important theoretical significance and practical application value.
