With the continuous expansion of the number and scale of domestic subway construction projects, the construction progress of civil works has gradually become the main factor affecting the overall project management. The research on the progress risk management of subway engineering civil engineering projects has become a hot issue of concern to all parties. In this regard, this paper will take the progress management of the No.1 section of Lanzhou Metro as an example.Through reviewing the literature and actual on-site investigation, the paper studies the progress risk of the subway project and the causes of the progress risk, and identifies the subway project. The influencing factors of civil engineering projects are mainly divided into external factors and internal factors. On the basis of meeting the constraints of project quality, cost, safety and resources, comprehensively analyze the current situation of the progress risk management of the civil works construction project of the No.1 section of Lanzhou Metro, select the main indicators affecting the progress risk of the project, and establish the Lanzhou Metro 1 standard. The impact indicator system of the progress risk management of the civil construction project in the section 5 work area. The eigenvalue analysis method is used to calculate the subjective weight of each indicator in the progress management index system of the civil construction project. The entropy weight coefficient method is used to calculate the objective weight of each index. Finally, the combined weighting method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each index, and then the influence of Lanzhou Metro 1 is identified. The main factors behind the construction progress of the civil works project in the bidding section 5 are the basis for the schedule risk diagnosis and project decision-making.Then,the subjective fuzzy estimation method is used to combine the schedule risk probability and the risk loss estimate to determine the risk level. The R=P×C method constructs the risk assessment membership matrix of the civil engineering construction project. Finally, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the progress risk assessment model is established, and the progress risk of the civil engineering construction project is comprehensively evaluated, and a single risk factor is calculated. On the basis of the size of the risk level, the overall progress risk level of the research object is analyzed, and the progress risk management level of the civil construction project is determined.Through the quantitative analysis and research on the current progress risk management level of the civil works construction project of the No.1 section of Lanzhou Metro, the corresponding control measures and countermeasures are proposed. The first is to continuously strengthen the key factors affecting the progress of the civil construction project. The second is to constantly look for ways to improve the progress management level of the project. In addition,by analyzing the current status of the progress management level of the construction risk of the local construction project, the managers responsible for the project need to improve the organization, system security, optimization plan and contract control, emphasize the coordination control of land acquisition, and strengthen the implementation of social responsibility.System optimization and comprehensive improvement to avoid the risk of delays in progress in the future.Through the analysis of the progress management of the above project, systematically find scientific and reasonable optimization measures for the subway construction, and effectively improve the management level of China's subway construction.
