In the era of rapid development of knowledge economy,it is full of opportunities and challenges,and it is also anera of human resources competition.Faced with the rapidly changing market and business environment,human resource management has become the core competitive factor among enterprises.A sound salary management system is an important tool to attract,retain,motivate and develop talents.How to make enterprises stand out in the fierce competition,How to attract,retain,motivate the talents needed by the enterprise,keeping the reasonable accumulation of enterprise profit is the key problem that enterprise managers need to solve.Especially in the high-tech enterprise with knowledge-intensive employees,if the company attracts and retains talents better than its competitor,it will be easier for the company to gain an advantage in the competition.The paper takes SY Companyas the actual research object,takes advanced broadband compensation theory as the guidance,and conducts in-depth discussion and research on the original traditional compensation system of the company,so as to rebuild a scientific and reasonable broadband compensation management system suitable for the company.Firstly,the paper summarizesthe related literature and the theory of broadband compensation,and introducesthe background of the rise of broadband compensation.At the same time,it is compared with the traditional salary through the method of comparison.The paper theoretically analyzes the theory and method used by SY Company in implementing broadband salary management,and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in broadband salary.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,we found the existing problems in the compensation management system of SY Company,and re-designed the compensation management system by applying scientific management methods such as jobanalysis and jobvalue evaluation.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures from fouraspects,such as the assessment of post competence,performance management system,salary management system and training.Hoping that the broadband pay system can solve the current problems existing in the developmentprocess of the company,improve employee satisfaction and engagement,so as toachieve the purpose of retaining core talents,and ultimately enhance the core competitiveness of the company and promote the development of the company,At the same time,it also has good reference significance to other high-tech enterprises’ salary management.
