The development trend of modern company is not only related to the planning and construction that the company is carrying out,but also related to the development strategy formulated by the company.The accurate formulation of the development strategy of the company is the competitive advantage of the modern company in the fierce market competition.With the progress and improvement of the national basic medical security system,more and more enterprises begin to enter the field of medical devices.In the increasingly fierce competition in the medical device market,how to reasonably carry out the development strategy planning and respond to the fierce industry competition has become the current problem faced and considered by the medical device companies.As a domestic medical device company,TXKJ company’s market share is decreasing year by year,and the company has not formulated a reasonable medium and long‐term development strategy plan.Therefore,this paper selects TXKJ company as the research object,selects the appropriate development strategy for the company,and stabilizes the market position.First of all,this paper analyzes the macro environment of the company,and concludes that the company’s current environment in policy support,market demand and other aspects is better.The company needs to improve its scientific research and technology level,in order to seek greater development space.At the same time,due to the increasingly fierce market competition in China,the entry of potential entrants will reduce the market share of TXKJ company,and the bargaining power of suppliers and purchasers is the same There is a greater threat to the weak and local enterprise substitutes.Secondly,it analyzes the internal environment of the company from the aspects of product marketing,R & D capability and product quality management,and finds that the company has greater advantages in product quality,capability and marketing capability.In this paper,SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis are used to select the development strategy of TXKJ company.Finally,the intensive strategy is chosen as the development strategy direction of the company.The market penetration strategy is mainly applied and the development strategy with so strategy as the main and St strategy as the auxiliary is adopted.The implementation plan of intensive strategy has been formulated: the strategic model focusing on developing emerging markets and orientedby cardiovascular intervention products has been put forward.The core competitiveness of the company has been improved,the bottleneck has been broken,the traditional profit model has been changed,and the company has become stronger and bigger through the establishment of a minimally invasive intervention treatment exchange platform,the cardiovascular products business department and the enhancement of technological innovation Strategic thinking.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the development strategy,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of keeping technology innovation,establishing high‐quality team under learning,further improving customer service quality and providing after‐sales value‐added services.
