The four-wheel-drive tractor has the advantages of strong traction and attachment ability,strong passing ability and strong climbing performance,etc.It is the first choice in the field mud work,slope work and field work and other bad road conditions.Tractor Shared chassis technology refers to the same set of tractor development technology applied to different tractor models,derived or derived a number of models.When designing the four-drive tractor drive system,virtual prototype modeling is one of the effective methods to verify its design results.It can not only analyze the performance of the tractor chassis drive system,but also simplify its structure.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)The components of ADAMS/Driveline software,the steps of modeling,the principle of multi-body dynamics and the experience in application are introduced;The second development of ADAMS/Driveline software and the steps of the second development are introduced and explained.(2)In this paper,a structure-oriented multi-body dynamics model is established based on the research of four-wheel drive tractor transmission system.The establishment of the model was mainly completed in ADAMS/Driveline.The original engine and transmission shaft modules of the software are modified.Self-built power train modules including gearbox,clutch,transfer box,half shaft,PTO output device,suspension machine,etc.(3)Carry out simulation on the four-wheel drive tractor model established in ADAMS/Driveline,and conduct simulation on different tests on the horizontal road surface,the raised road surface and the farmland surface respectively,and obtain simulation data.After that,the vehicle speed measurement test was carried out on the horizontal road surface and the suspension machine test was carried out on the farmland ground.The measured vehicle speed was compared with the simulated vehicle speed,and the error was within 5% to verify the accuracy of the model.(4)In order to study the conveniences of 4 WD tractor transmission system,base ADAMS/Driveline model for the 4 WD tractor transmission system of various parts,vehicle assembly,and the simulation analysis of the working condition of secondary development,build the Shared 4 WD tractor chassis drive system platform,according to the established model dialog box,you can in the secondary development interface to realize parameterized,avoid the repeated work,complex to improve the workingefficiency.The results of this paper show that the model of four-wheel-drive tractor drive system meets the simulation requirements,which provides a new method for the performance research of four-wheel-drive tractor.
