| As a national pillar industry that stimulates economic growth and protects people’s livelihood,the construction industry can still maintain a certain growth in the future,and the rapid development prospects are broad.At the same time,construction growth has slowed and is accelerating into the stock era.The construction industry is facing multiple pressures such as industrial structure optimization,industrial transformation,technological innovation,rising cost and strict supervision.In the market total stabilization,regardless of the growth rate or total volume of individual regional markets showed a clear downward trend,the number of construction enterprises fell,but the number of construction enterprises reached the highest point in nearly a decade,further aggravating the construction enterprises competitive landscape differentiation,curing.From the regional layout point of view,nearly 90%of China’s construction enterprises trapped in the development of localization,and China’s outstanding head construction enterprises to promote export-oriented development strategy,have entered the district and county market,with local construction enterprises to compete with Taiwan,change the regional market competition pattern,eat away at the market share of local enterprises,local enterprises’ living space is greatly affected,we must think about strategic transformation and organizational structure optimization.JC company as a localized private construction enterprises in Middle of Shandong,starting from the start,hard work,deep into the local market,developed into the local regional market leading construction enterprises,is the microcosm of many private small and medium-sized construction enterprises.Facing the downward trend of local regional market,JC company puts forward the transformation strategy of export-oriented development strategy by analyzing the business environment,industry development trend,regional market pattern,and integrating organizational capacity resources.Based on JC company strategic transformation as the background,this paper based on the strategic perspective,through the way of interview research,from the organizational structure and strategic match,organizational structural variables,resource security three aspects of organization structure,diagnosis the problems of the JC company organizational structure,aiming at JC company organization structure and the transformation strategy does not match,unreasonable control mode,loss of key functions,structural problems such as insufficient resources,it puts forward the model of market organization layout,optimize the control,setting the marketing organization system,optimize the function,the optimization of organizational structure optimization scheme of KPIs.Formulate the implementation steps and safeguard measures of organizational structure optimization,and put forward management suggestions on adaptive organizational design to ensure the strategic matching degree and adaptability of organizational structure..In this paper,the innovative proposal of the "double headquarters" organization op-timization design of construction enterprises,and the introduction of platform-based organization model into traditional construction enterprises,so as to gradually build a platform-based highly adaptable organization of construction enterprises,hoping to provide an effective reference for the transformation and upgrading of local construction enterprises and organizational changes. |
