In the era of Sino-us trade disputes and the market environment of full competition,the primary concern of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is to change their development mode according to the future development direction and choose a path that suits their growth.In the process of selection,the organizational structure mode of an enterprise plays a decisive role in its decision-making,management and external activities.The background of this paper is how the enterprise manager determines the organizational structure mode suitable for the survival,development and growth of the enterprise by combining the development stage of the enterprise itself with the complex external environment.This paper mainly studies the organizational structure reform project of Taizhou Haisai Power Co.,LTD.,a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise.Gui literature research method,questionnaire investigation and case analysis,in-depth analysis of the current organization structure model of Taizhou Haisai Power exist such as the current organizational structure is too simple,the power of the enterprise distribution,and poor performance of the integration of resources,and problem oriented,and put forward the planning of the consistency of systematic,liability,dispersion and centralization of power,reaction of rapidness,architecture,the stability of the five principles,such as in the existing organization structure change.The innovation point of this paper is to retain the advantages of linear functional management as much as possible,compound and superposition micro-divisional system,and establish the mode of "linear management + micro-divisional system".This mode focuses on the implementation of corporate strategy through the linear functional management mode in the main structure.In terms of local structure,micro-division system is established to coordinate with market feedback to promote technology,production and sales in a timely manner.This organizational structure mode not only retains the advantages of the two different modes,namely the linear management mode and the divisional system mode,but also makes it more possible to rationally demarcate the right boundary,clarify the node responsibility and regulate the interests of all parties in the reform of the operating mechanism of enterprises.This article through to Taizhou Haisai Power dynamics change organizational structure optimization research,in-depth study of organizational change involves the business enterprise growth,microstructure evolution,such as law,better solve Taizhou Haisai Power dynamics problem of centralization and decentralization in organizational structure,improve the enterprise management in a particular stage of development,production and marketing efficiency.At the same time,in the process of in-depth understanding of enterprise organization and management,continue to follow taizhou Haisai Power Company organizational structure change in the second half of the process,to help the enterprise over the development of the "stagnation".It is also hoped that the study on the organizational structure reform of Taizhou Haisai Power Co.,Ltd.can provide useful references for more small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to reform their organizational structure and improve enterprise efficiency.
