Research On The Quality Management Of Zhongchuchang 110kV Intelligent Substation Debugging Project

With the continuous development of economy,the demand of the whole society for electricity is rising.A large number of new substation projects have increased substantially.With the development of science and technology,the construction of intelligent substation has become the inevitable trend of power grid construction.The quality of intelligent substation debugging project will directly affect the economic interests of investors and the safety of people's live,but also affect the stability and sustainable development of economy.Compared with traditional substation debugging project,intelligent substation debugging project is faced with new opportunities and challenges.How to ensure the quality of debugging project has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the actual situation of zhongchuchang 110 k V intelligent substation debugging project,according to the whole process of quality management ideas,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of project quality management.Firstly,analyze the status of project quality management.Through the current situation to find out the main problems.And the problems are sorted out to provide basic data for the follow-up research.Thirdly,different quality control measures are adopted for the quality control of the project from the pre-debugging stage,the debugging process stage and the acceptance stage.Finally,the quality assurance is established from the aspects of project organization assurance,technical assurance,capital assurance,personnel assurance,equipment assurance.The research of this paper provides useful guidance for the debugging department and technical department of intelligent substation.
