Rapid urbanization and unreasonable construction methods make it difficult for cities to cope with the impact of extreme weather.The city is facing the increasingly severe challenge of water environment,flood,water pollution and other disasters have seriously affected the life and production of residents.With the development of science and technology,the ability to control water has been improving,the flood control and drainage capacity of large rivers and lakes has been strengthened,but it is still difficult to avoid the occurrence of urban flooding.After the 7·21 flood disaster in Beijing,people began to pay attention to the improvement of flood control capacity of small rivers.Among them,the part of small river through urban built-up areas is often subject to realistic and historical factors,which makes the reconstruction of such river areas subject to various restrictions(restricted areas).As the capillaries of flood control and drainage in cities,water resilience design in restricted areas has great potential in improving the ability of cities to deal with water environment problems Under the guidance of the concept of water resilience,how to study the development and design of the riverside restricted area through the way of landscape,so as to effectively relieve the pressure of flood control and drainage in the city,is the main point of this paper.Centering on this theme,this paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the emergence and development of water resilience landscape,as well as relevant theories.Then it summarizes the formation process of the restricted area,analyzes the specific problems of the restricted area according to the specific conditions of the restricted area,and discusses the suitability of the water resilience landscape design concept and the landscape design of the restricted area.Furthermore,combined with the successful cases of water resilience design,relevant design patterns and specific design methods are summarized,and through the approach of landscape design,the goal of water resilience landscape design in restricted areas is proposed,which is to improve the ability of flood control and drainage and improve the riverside landscape environment.Then combined with the characteristics of the background of the restricted area of the riverside,from the perspective of the landscape from the actual point of view,the paper puts forward four principles and three design strategies for the design of the water resilience landscape of the restricted area of the riverside.Then from the overall planning layout,the creation of elastic flood control space,the design of three-dimensional space,revetment,pavement and construction of aquatic environment six aspects of the specific design methods and technical measures are analyzed and studied.Finally,taking the landscape design transformation of the Dongguan river in Taizhou as an example,an empirical study on the water resilience landscape design of the riverside restricted area is carried out.
