Rivers have an important impact on human production and life, and they have both positive and negative effects on humans. How to develop the potential of rivers under the premise of minimizing disasters and losses has always been one of the focuses of river development research. At present, the world is transforming rivers at an unprecedented rate.In recent years, many cities in China have comprehensively developed and developed banks on both sides of the rivers to improve the level of urban development. This has brought about dyke safety, river stability, flood control and other aspects of the river.New challenges. In this thesis, the comprehensive management project on the banks of the Yujiang River in Guigang is taken as the research target. The method of combining measured data with mathematical model is used to study the impact of the comprehensive management and development of the banks on the original dyke safety, river stability, and flood control. With reasonable suggestions, river development is more efficient and environmentally friendly. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The river section where the comprehensive treatment project is located has not changed much since 1962,and the river regime is relatively stable. The 24 sections within the scope of the remediation project had relatively small changes in channel width, average water depth, aspect ratio, and channel flow area in 2006,2010,and 2016.The channels alternated slightly with erosion and silting, but were generally silted.Under the conditions of water and sediment,it is predicted that the river sections in the future evaluation will show a slow sedimentation trend.(2)Using mathematical models and measured data, analyze changes in water level, river regime, river bed erosion and sedimentation, and bank seepage and bank and beach stability after the comprehensive treatment project. After remediation, the area of river flow in the comprehensive treatment project is mainly increased. After the construction, the water level along the remediation river will decrease, which will have little change in the current beach channel flow velocity, and have a small impact on the overall erosion and deposition of the river channel.Evolution will continue recent trends. The cross-strait dykes meet the requirements for seepage stability, but the anti-sliding stability coefficient of some sections does not meet the requirements, and corresponding remedial measures must be taken to meet the requirements of the code.(3)The implementation of this project complies with relevant plans, standards and requirements. After the implementation of the project,it will have little impact on the main channel of the river channel and the overall river stability. In order to strengthen the river bank,it is recommended to build a high-grade bank protection. The "replace embankment by road" solution can meet the needs of flood prevention traffic and ensure the safety of dikes and rivers on both sides of the strait. The comprehensive treatment project will not have a great impact on the overall flood control situation of Yujiang River.
