Study On Rural Spatial Planning Strategy In Shallow Mountain And Hilly Areas Of Southern Shaanxi Under Industrial Transformation

The transformation of rural industry is the key to realizing the policy of revitalizing the "two crosses" in rural areas,and it is also one of the important ways to solve the problems of rural economic development,traditional agricultural outlets and the development path of the secondary and tertiary industries.The transformation of rural industry is inseparable from the basic development platform and material support provided by rural space.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary to explore the extensive and differentiated planning methods and methods of rural industry and spatial synergy.However,rural spatial planning has experienced some incompatibility in the face of rural development in the context of industrial transformation.The villages in the hilly areas of southern Shaanxi are one of the typical ones.The distribution,number and population of rural areas in the hilly areas of southern Shaanxi account for the highest of the four types of geomorphology(the valleys,the mountains,the mountains and the mountains).Due to many reasons such as nature and history,the existing villages are inconveniently connected and the infrastructure conditions are poor.In recent years,with the acceleration of rural industrial transformation in the region,the rural space environment quality is poor,the rural spatial planning is disorderly,the viscosity of industry and space is low,and the production space and living space are lack of synergy.The problem is increasingly prominent.This thesis takes the vast shallow hilly areas in the southwest of Shaanxi as the research object,and systematically sorts out and studies the rural spatial composition characteristics,development rules and planning countermeasures under the background of industrial transformation.Firstly,the basic research on the rural status industry in the region is summarized and summarized,and the combination law of rural industry and space under the traditional pattern is analyzed.Secondly,the basic types of industry and the characteristics of rural spatial evolution and the problems of real development and dilemma are analyzed.Finally,according to different rural types of industrial transformation,the corresponding rural spatial planning strategies are pointed out,and practical research is carried out in combination with typical cases,in order to provide a more perfect strategy for the development of rural spatial planning in the hilly areas of southern Shaanxi,and then promote the villages in the hilly areas.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows :(1)In the shallow hilly area of southern Shaanxi,there are three types of industrial transformation types: agricultural production type,industrial driving type and tourism development type.The first and third types of rural areas are(2)The layout of rural industrial space of each transformation type should be combined with the transformation trend of traditional rural industry,the possibility of transformation and the carrying capacity of rural space,and the spatial layout of industrial space and the spatial layout of rural life(ecological space)coordinate development;(3)Industry The rural living(ecological space)spatial planning under the background of transformation should be based on the promotion of industrial structure transformation,the combination of rural production space layout and the protection of the fragile ecological environment in the region.
