Optimization And Construction Of Rural Human Settlements Evaluation System Based On GIS And Spatial Syntax

With the proposal of "three year action plan of rural residential environment improvement",optimizing the functional layout of villages has become an important task of rural residential environment improvement.Rural human settlements construction should have a higher level.In the current context,it is of great significance to optimize the evaluation system of rural human settlements.At present,the research on the evaluation of rural human settlements in China mainly focuses on the research of villagers' satisfaction and construction level.Therefore,this paper attempts to use GIS and spatial syntax to study the quality of rural human settlements from the perspective of spatial form,to build a rural human settlements evaluation system from the perspective of spatial layout rationality,and to optimize and supplement the rural human settlements evaluation system.In this paper,I take the national standard classification of Rural Revitalization focus on upgrading villages as the research object,from four aspects of residential quality,infrastructure,public services,ecological environment,to establish 17 evaluation indicators of the rationality of spatial layout.In this paper,I use GIS and spatial syntax tools to quantify the specific indicators,and take Yihezhuang village as an example to carry out empirical research to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system.This paper also uses the existing evaluation system to evaluate Yihezhuang village,and compares the evaluation results of the two evaluation systems.The results show that the evaluation system constructed in this paper increases the consideration of the reasonable degree of spatial layout and a series of spatial evaluation indexes,and makes quantitative evaluation on the quality of rural human settlements environment,and the evaluation results are more objective and comprehensive.
