Since the reform and opening up, especially after building a moderately prosperous society, the Chinese people continue to improve household incomes in the economic conditions greatly improved at the same time, the culture of consumption and living conditions are increasingly high requirements. As the pre-living environment too many outstanding loans, township residents and farmers to improve housing conditions and residential environment demands more intense. For the majority of farmers demands of residential space by only meet the housing needs of progressive development in order to seek a more comfortable living environment more reasonable.Modern, more comfortable living environment is an important part of the development of rural areas, but also related to the vital interests of the people of the township, so more and more people pay attention to the rationality of the New Rural residential space layout. Status of this study rationality depart from the new rural residential space layout, to study the spatial layout of the new rural housing and problems, and how to improve, we have reached the ideal state new rural spatial layout. In this paper, the new rural housing construction Qingzhou yellow building town area as an example, the use of literature review, site visits, user research and other methods, combined with a feasibility analysis of its regional characteristics, cultural background, housing characteristics of the residential space layout transformation plan, showing over the final design. In this paper, the reasonableness of the new rural planning to create inheritance local characteristics and new rural housing design of the study and explore. Through detailed design to illustrate the author for the new rural housing rational distribution of space and ideas.
