| With the development of social economy,the relationship between university and society is getting closer and closer.The number of motor vehicles in university is gradually increasing,and the demand for parking spaces on campus is increasing.Due to the backward planning of campus parking facilities,campus parking problems are becoming increasingly prominent.The original quiet and harmonious cultural atmosphere on the campus was broken,which affected the learning and life of teachers and students.The campus parking problem is the embodiment of the campus static traffic problem.Therefore,the campus static traffic needs to be optimized.This paper paves the way by analyzing and summarizing the related theories and methods of static traffic on university campuses at home and abroad.This article takes the Jinming campus of Henan University as an example.Firstly,it conducts a field investigation on the parking status of the Jinming campus of Henan University,analyzes the campus Functional zoning,buildings road network,dynamic traffic,and parking facilities,and summarizes the current parking problems of the Jinming campus of Henan University.Secondly,using the analysis tools of Arc GIS software,the spatial layout of parking facilities is analyzed using methods such as overlay analysis,buffer zone,and Tyson polygon.Finally,According to the analysis results and relevant theories,the campus parking facilities are optimized to solve the problem of campus parking difficulties.The study found that:(1)The parking facilities for motor vehicles on the Jinming campus of Henan University have insufficient parking facilities,a single parking method,and mainly ground parking.Problems such as high utilization rate of parking facilities and low turnover rate.(2)The layout of parking facilities is affected by the campus space layout,functional zoning,and road network.The spatial layout of the Jinming campus of Henan University is decentralized,the functional zoning is clear,and the parking facilities are scattered.In general,parking facilities are unevenly distributed in space,mostly concentrated in teaching and scientific research areas,and the eastern sports areas are sparse.In contrast to teaching and research areas,the layout of parking facilities is characterized by sparseness in the north and congestion in the south.(3)The service scope of parking facilities varies greatly.Among 49 parking facilities,the service scope of parking facility 34 is the smallest,with an area of 2711;the service scope of parking facility 24 is the largest,with an area of 85429.Combined with campus functional zoning,the service area of the parking facilities in the core area of the campus is small,and the service facilities of the parking facilities around the campus are large.(4)There are obvious differences in the number of people who service parking facilities.The parking facilities located in teaching and scientific research areas and administrative offices have the largest number of people and the most pressure;the parking facilities located in living areas come second;the parking facilities in other areas have less service pressure.(5)This article mainly Optimize campus parking facilities in terms of rational planning of parking facilities,promotion of green travel,and parking management.In terms of long-term planning and planning,build underground parking lots. |
