Research On Optimization Strategy Of Campus Transportation Of Zhejiang University Zijingang Campus

The fast-paced urbanization and development in rapidly industrializing China provides the cities with the high level motorization. But in light of this, the urban traffic problem is opposed in front of the society, and the level of pollution has exponentially increased. In this context, as the significant and special part of a city, the campus continues to expand the scale with increasing amounts of students. Following the promotion of opening campus, the campus is facing increasingly serious traffic problems by a large number of mobile traffic. On one hand, the extensive use of motor vehicles brings convenience to campus life and improves the efficiency of campus traffic; but on the other hand, it not only produces noise pollution and air pollution, but also damages the unique cultural atmosphere of campus. More importantly, the traffic problems become a threat to the safety of students and teachers on campus. Therefore, through the study of Zijingang Campus in Zhejiang University, the author tries to find out and analyze the problems, which exist in the campus transportation, and then puts forward the optimized traffic strategies. This research not only can enrich and perfect the related theories of university campus planning, but also provides a theoretical reference to the design of campus traffic optimization. What more, it can also offer a reference to the optimization of transportation system to Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University and other institutions of higher education.The first part of the paper is to put forward the question. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper, pointing out the research object and research methods.The second part is analysis of the problem, including the second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter. In the second chapter, there are researches on the related concepts and basic theories, which are mainly analyzing and studying the sustainable development of traffic theories and community transport theories. The third chapter is the study of the domestic and foreign campus traffic conditions including the researches of optimized traffic strategy, as well as the current researches of our country’s university traffic problems. The fourth chapter is the analysis and researches in view of the present situation of Zijingang Campus traffic.The third part is to solve the problems, including the fifth chapter and the conclusion chapter. The principle of traffic optimization, in Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University, appears in the fifth chapter. Also, by combining with related theories at home and abroad, questions in the previous chapter are answered one by one. What’s more, corresponding to the campus traffic status in Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University, the optimized strategies and improved measurements will be discussed. The conclusion is the summary of the full context, and also, it follows the strategies and optimizations of future campus planning.
