Research On Schedule Management Of Information Network Project Of Phase ? Communication System Of Nanning Metro Line 1

June 28,2016,Nanning subway line 1 east section started to operate,marking the Nanning city began its subway era.With the opening of the follow-up lines,the quantity of subway staff will increase,so the requirements of the office information network environment will be higher and higher.Considering the tight subway project schedule,the wide implementation area,the high demand of profession-ship,and the changeable external environment,how to ensure that the construction of the information network project will be finished smoothly before the new line operation is a project worthy of study.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the schedule planning and control management of the information network project of phase I communication system of Nanning metro line 1 through qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all,this paper will summarize the current status,implementation scope and features of the information network project of Metro Line 1,find out the management problems.Then,base on the comprehensive evaluation of project target,task decomposition,activity sequencing,activity duration estimation,etc.,this paper will come up with a properly-made project schedule.In addition,combining the subway project actual situation,this paper will develop adjustment measures to suit with the schedule control plan,and summarize the progress of this project.The schedule is the key index of the subway project.Through the research on the schedule management of the subway information network project,on one side,this paper will provide the reference method and tool for the preparation of the information network project of the follow-up lines.The schedule plan of the new projects can draw lessons and even optimize from this project experience with higher efficiency.on the other side,the project schedule control measures proposed in this paper combined with the MTR project and network project practical experience,will have a positive effect on the subway information network project control and management.
