Building Information Modelling(BIM)is regarded as an important means to modernize the construction industry by virtue of its information integration advantages and virtual simulation technology.However,while the application of BIM brings rare development opportunities to the construction industry,it inevitably brings various uncertain risk factors to construction projects and causes huge losses.This forces us to sort out the current situation of BIM application,fully study and analyze the related risk problems brought by BIM technology in the application process,that is,the application risk of BIM technology,and put forward effective risk control countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the losses caused by risks.Based on the analysis of social network perspective,this paper identifies the risk factors in the application of BIM technology according to the current situation and existing problems of BIM technology application at home and abroad,and constructs a risk network for BIM technology application in construction projects based on the two-dimensional perspective of the whole life cycle and stakeholders.With the help of the density,correlation,block model,centrality and other indicators of social network analysis theory,the network as a whole,structural attributes,individual nodes,and the conduction relationship between nodes are analyzed in depth from the macro,meso and micro levels.On the basis of the analysis of multiple indicators of risk network,the combination of entropy weight and TOPSIS model is used to improve the weight assignment,measure the comprehensive network role of each risk factor,select the key risk factors and risk relationships that urgently need to be controlled and controlled,and further put forward corresponding risk control suggestions and measures.Finally,the three overall network indicators of network density,clustering coefficient and accessibility are used to detect the effect of risk control.The results show that after targeted control of the selected key risks,the indicators of the risk network are significantly reduced,and the degree of connection between risk factors becomes thin,which not only cuts off the transmission path between risk factors,but also inhibits the diversity of transmission paths,effectively reduces the complexity of the risk network,shows that the implementation of risk control strategy has achieved the expected good control effect,and helps to improve the efficiency of risk management of various stakeholders in the application of BIM in construction projects.It also verifies the applicability of analyzing the conduction relationship between risks with the help of social network analysis,breaks the traditional risk research mode of identification-analysisresponse of single risk factors,and further broadens the research method of risk application of BIM technology.The paper has certain theoretical value and good practical significance.
