The reactance parameter is one of the key parameters in the design of permanent magnet synchrobous motor(PMSM),which is very important for studying the performance index and operation characteristics of the motor.The reactance parameter has important influence on the design accuracy,mathematical model analysis and motion control performance of PMSM.The internal stator structure and rotor flux linkage structure of PMSM are complex and diverse,and there is cross-saturation phenomenon.Accurate measurement of reactance has always been the key and difficult point in PMSM parameter testing.The previous methods of reactance testing at home and abroad are still in the manual testing stage,and the testing process is complicated,with large errors,low efficiency and difficult data processing.In view of the disadvantages of traditional reactance testing methods and testing process,this thesis studies the reactance parameter testing of PMSM.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this thesis focuses on analysing the test principles of direct load method and voltage integration method.Aiming at the disadvantages and deficiencies in the test process,it proposes a method of measuring power Angle based on LabVIEW software and improves the test scheme of direct load method.A multi-gear integration test network and an integral bridge balance adjustment scheme are designed to improve the test range and automation of voltage integral.Secondly,this thesis designs an automatic reactance parameter testing system based on direct load method and voltage integration method.Based on the LabVIEW virtual instrument,the hardware and software system of the test device are designed for the two methods,which can change the traditional manual testing process and provide high efficiency,accurate and automatic testing means for PMSM reactance parameter testing.Thirdly,this thesis builds a PMSM parameter automation test platform for man-machine interaction,which mainly includes a software operating system and a hardware operating platform including a reactance parameter test device.The test platform can perform reactance test,no-load experiment,load experiment,basic parameter test,data analysis,real-time monitoring,data storage,report printing and query,etc.Finally,the thesis carries out the experiment to PMSM through the reactance parameterautomatic test system and the basic parameter test platform,analyses the test data,and compares the measured and calculated values to verify the accuracy of the test method and test system.
