This thesis regards Virtual Instrument technology of PC-DAQ bus as the theoretical foundation, use the similar principle simulation real car operating mode, Pneumatic to control and combine together with electro-mechanical integration technology, develop and manufacture this set to apply the Pneumatic brake valve spare part performance tests the system synthetically. Electric- Pneumatic proportion control technology is the core of the pneumatic to control part of Virtual Instrument system. The hardware regards two high-performance data collecting card PCL-818Ls as the core. The software regards Visual Basic6.0 as the developing platform, uses Dynamic Link Library technology to realize the control on hardware of the Virtual Instrument, It realizes to be soft interrupt and DMA data gather, make single channels data gather frequency up to 40 KHz at most under Windows system. Practice has proved this set of systems of testing, has improved the precision of testing effectively, has expanded the function of testing, And make the manufacturing cost(software, hardware) which tested the equipment reduce by more than 30%.Research and application of Virtual Instrument technology, have important theory meaning and practice basis to the relevant pneumatic research and development of controlling the valve spare part with systematic function test, Offer very good reference function for systematic development of other test.
