Under the background of new urbanization and intelligent age,Hangzhou’s urban development has entered a new stage, and the industry is fecing transformation and upgrading. The new goal also puts new demands on land layout and urban planning. The traditional CAmodel cannot reflect the“top-down”land use demands and the impact of the planned development zone.Based on this, this paper takes the eight districts of Hangzhou as the research area, and uses the combination of Markov model and improved FLUS model to simulate the land use pattern and predict the hot spot of future land use growth, using relevant factors of innovative industrial planning. We simulate the land use of Hangzhou City in 2025 and 2035,as well as the urban development boundary in 2045,based on the trend growth and the development of innovation industry scenarios. It is concluuded that Yuhang District and Xiaoshan District will occupy the most newly added construction land.In the near future(2015-2025),the construction land mainly increases in Yuhang District;in the long term(2015-2035),the construction land mainly grows in Renhe Street,Tangqi Town and three groups of Yuhang District(Yuhang,Pingyao,Liangzhu),Guali Town and Dajiangdong Area of Xiaoshan District. The growth of construction land driven by innovative industries is relatively more balanced and orderly. It is expected that by 2045,urban development will invade the forest land in the hilly zone on the western side of the study area, and the contradiction between future ecological protection and construction development may further increase.
