A large number of vibration-damping track structures are used in Urban Rail Transit.Due to the long-term effect of train load and the aging of vibration-damping components over time,the vibration-damping capacity of the vibration-damping track will gradually decrease.When the vibration reduction capacity of vibration reduction track is reduced to a certain extent,the vibration of vibration sensitive points will exceed the standard,and vibration sensitive units and residents will complain to the government or the rail transit administrative department.In order to be able to track and monitor the damping performance of the damping measures in real time for a long period of time,the damping capability of the track damping measures is upgraded before the vibration of the environmental vibration sensitive points is exceeded,and a real-time monitoring system for the environmental vibration of urban rail traffic is designed.Realized real-time monitoring,data collection and analysis,data storage,vibration over-alarm alarm of vibration sensitive points and trend analysis of vibration damping track structure performance.The hardware of urban rail transit environment vibration wireless monitoring system includes vibration acceleration sensor,data acquisition card,wireless transmission module and power module.Use the CA-YD-188 piezoelectric acceleration sensor to obtain the vibration acceleration voltage signal of the track bed or foundation,and adjust the analog voltage signal output by the sensor through the PF-5804 data acquisition card and convert it into a digital signal,then 4G The wireless router sends digital signals to the urban rail transit communication system,and the power module provides the required DC power for the above modules,thereby realizing data collection.Based on the LabVIEW platform,the software part of the urban rail transit wireless monitoring system was developed,including four modules: login interface,communication connection,data acquisition,and data playback and analysis processing.The login interface contains the login of the user name and password,which guarantees the safe environment of the software operation;the communication connection module realizes the communication connection between the system software and the hardware through the server / clientdual-computer communication mode;Monitoring and storage,data playback and analysis processing module through the time domain(waveform)and frequency domain analysis(FFT transform analysis)of the measurement point data,as well as the analysis of the historical trend of long-term monitoring data,to achieve the performance of the vibration-damping track structure Analysis and trend forecasting.The test and verification of the urban rail transit wireless monitoring system show that the system is easy to operate and accurate in data processing.It can real-time monitor the vibration exceeding the vibration sensitive points and avoid the vibration exceeding the sensitive points around the rail transit lines.The system can also be integrated into the urban rail transit integrated monitoring system(ISCS)as an integral part of the construction of intelligent rail transit.
