| With the implementation of national medium and long term high-speed railway network planning and the increase of logistics demand in express market,shippers have increasingly high requirements on the safety,efficiency and convenience of express transportation.In order to improve the express logistics service level and shippers’ satisfaction,running freight EMU train has become a development trend.This paper studies the operation scheme of freight EMU train,which is a beneficial exploration of running freight EMU train and of great significance to the development of high-speed rail express.This paper first summarizes the freight transport organization situation of bullet train,including foreign in high-speed rail express development present situation and domestic in five scheduled trains,express train,express mail services,container trains and high-speed express aspects such as development present situation,on the basis of this part expounds the railway use buses to high-speed bullet train attempt to express transportation situation,finally summarizes the current problems existing in the operation of railway cargo express.Secondly,analyzed the freight on the basis of the source and development prospect of the freight EMU train,analyze the operation feasibility of freight bullet train,including the operation feasibility of road network and the feasibility of the vehicle,and by using the SWOT analysis of the operation of goods the freight EMU trains the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and finally analyzes the freight EMU train workplaces,operation mode and process of carriage of the goods.Then,on the basis of the principles and influencing factors of the freight train operation scheme,the paper summarizes the content of the freight EMU train operation scheme,and analyzes the four different ways of stopping and their advantages and disadvantages.Then,based on the analysis of the train operation scheme modeling in the existing literature,the double-objective programming model of the train operation scheme of freight EMU is constructed with the optimization objectives of maximizing the economic benefits and minimizing the total transportation time of the railway department,and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,SPSS software is used for cluster analysis of cities in the five major city clusters.Taking the high-speed railway network among the eight logistics node cities in the five major city clusters as an example,the shortest path among cities is calculated by Dijkstra algorithm and the OD freight volume among the eight logistics node cities is obtained through calculating.On this basis,the Genetic Algorithm is used through MATLAB software programming to find out the two directions of the train departure plan.By changing the parameter selection of fitness function,the other two groups,The PT-TOPSIS method was used to optimize the three groups of schemes.Finally,MATLAB was used to analyze the influence of PT-TOPSIS method on the optimization results when the parameter values changed,so as to provide the reference basis for decision makers to value the key parameters. |
