| With the improvement of social economy and people’s living standards,and the continuous development of the logistics industry,the demand for small goods is also increasing.In recent years,people’s demand for the transportation of small pieces of high value-added goods has been rising,and there are higher requirements for the safety,timeliness and punctuality of cargo transportation.With the construction of a transportation powerhouse,the establishment of a modern comprehensive transportation system and the promotion of the "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning",relying on the upcoming "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network,the nationwide high-speed rail freight special train opening plan will be studied,combined with the rapid development of the logistics industry,the rational opening of high-speed rail freight special trains,to meet the growing demand for small cargo transportation,improve the efficiency of logistics transportation in the whole society.The specific research content of this article is as follows:The current development status of high-speed rail freight at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of opening high-speed rail freight trains are analyzed according to the actual situation in China;the main modes of operation,operation processes and special trains of high-speed rail freight trains are analyzed.High-speed rail freight network construction and node selection.Screening of each provincial capital city on the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" railway network and nodes of cities with EMUs above the second line,using the 7 index data of the past 10 years as the basic data to predict the relevant indicator data of the node cities in 2026;the introduction of the concept of the importance of high-speed rail freight nodes,according to the node importance,select the nodes that run high-speed rail freight;the node importance is related to the correlation coefficients of each indicator,and the correlation coefficients are obtained by analyzing the correlation between the indicators,which is used to calculate the node importance.The 22 nodes with an importance of more than 1 are selected as the high-speed rail freight nodes that will eventually open a special high-speed rail freight train,and the highspeed rail freight network is constructed with reference to the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network.On the basis of the completion of the construction of the high-speed rail freight network,a planning model for the opening scheme of high-speed rail freight special trains with the goal of the greatest economic benefits of railway enterprises and the smallest leakage of trains is established.First,Dijkstra is used to solve the optimal route for high-speed rail freight trains;according to the sharing rate,freight attractiveness and the total freight volume of each city,the OD freight volume forecast value is obtained;then,with the found opening path and the predicted OD freight volume as inputs,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the opening scheme between each two freight nodes.Finally,the high-speed rail freight special train on462 routes was obtained,and the results of the opening plan were analyzed: the planned fullroad high-speed rail freight special train opening plan was 2295 trains / day,transporting147,000 tons of freight,with an average full load rate of 57.96%,and the maximum economic benefit of the enterprise was 36.816 million yuan.Taking the Beijing-Guangzhou up-anddown direction of the line as an example,it is concluded that the high-speed rail freight nodes with a long running distance are more suitable for running high-speed rail freight trains. |
