In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s e-commerce market and the rapid growth of logistics demand,the diversified express demands such as efficiency,safety and punctuality have caused a considerable impact on the existing express transportation system.At the same time,in the context of sharing-economy,in order to optimize resources and save costs,the logistics industry began to seek the sharing of logistics facilities and freight resources.China’s high-speed railway network construction is perfect,and its characteristics of high-speed,punctuality and safety,as well as the exploration of express service business by the General Administration of Railways,all provide a good foundation for the development of express freight transportation of high-speed railway.In the actual high-speed rail express business,the transport organization mode is diverse and the freight demand is complex.How to make effective operation decision and freight loading plans to provide guidance for high-speed rail express is an urgent problem.In this context,based on the analysis of high-speed rail transport mode and the prediction of freight volume,this paper makes a systematic study on the freight loading plans by using the passenger surplus capacity.Specifically,first of all,through the research of high-speed rail express market,the transportation modes and service types of high-speed rail express are introduced,and the shipping capacity is calculated based on the characteristics of different transportation modes.Secondly,SVM model is used to forecast the total amount of urban express.By comparing the characteristics of different transportation modes and products,the freight flow sharing rate model of high-speed rail express and service types is proposed.Combined with factor analysis and gravity model,the OD volume of express between cities is calculated.Thirdly,a high-speed rail freight loading model is established,which aims at maximizing the profit of operators and takes service capacity,operation capacity,transportation time and volume as constraints.A genetic algorithm is designed to solve the freight loading model.Finally,taking Xi’an-Chengdu high-speed railway as an example,on the basis of OD demand forecast,the final high-speed railway freight loading plan is obtained by using MATLAB,which provides reference for the operation of express business of high-speed railway.
