With the improvement of the national economy,the market demand for high value-added goods is increasing.At present,China's railway freight transport mode can not meet the market demand.According to the data,in order to improve the quality and service level of railway freight transport,the long-called freight EMU will be put into operation.Based on this background,this paper studies the related problems of freight EMU operation plan,and provides the basis for the operation of freight EMU.This paper studies the related concepts and characteristics of freight multiple units.This paper analyses the definition,characteristics and market positioning of freight EMU,probes into the operation modes of freight EMU in existing lines,passenger dedicated lines,passenger dedicated lines and existing lines,analyses the feasibility of operating freight EMU from the aspects of freight volume,means of transport,loading and unloading sites,and makes a detailed analysis of existing railway freight products from freight market and railway freight market.The necessity of running freight EMUs is pointed out.Considering that the freight multiple units are in the early stage of market development and need to improve the transportation quality and the satisfaction degree of the cargo owners,this paper considers the constraints of freight demand and service frequency,establishes a bi-objective mathematical programming model with the maximum benefit of railway enterprises and the minimum total transportation time,designs the corresponding algorithm based on the model analysis,and obtains the Pareto solution through an example analysis,verifies the model.The rationality of the model and algorithm is discussed.Based on the above Pareto solution,the decision maker's bounded rationality and risk preference factors are taken into account to optimize the operation plan.Based on the results of foreground theory,cognitive psychology is introduced to analyze the decision-maker's choice behavior and probability,taking into account both the economic benefits and the total transportation time.The best scheme considering bounded rationality and risk preference is selected from Pareto solution.Sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters of foreground theory is carried out,and the rationality of parameter selection is verified.
