| The problems of old industrial settlements are more complex and serious than those of ordinary settlements.Since the 1950 s,China's economic system has gone through three stages: The period of planned economy,the period of transition from planned economy to market economy and the period of market economy.Since the beginning of the new century,the spatial pattern of the old industrial settlements built in most Chinese cities during the period of the 15 th to 35 th five-year plans has generally changed markedly.In the planning of the settlements,facing the social background of the population ageing,in planning from the overall spatial pattern of the land layout,facilities and other supporting to make more thinking.This article takes the old industrial settlements of Lanzhou built during the period of the 15 th to the third line as the research object,and reviews the development process of the old industrial settlements of Lanzhou from the 1950 s to the present.At three levels of micro and micro level,the evolution law of the spatial pattern of old industrial settlements in Lanzhou is summarized.Studies have shown that as a city with a history of industrial history,Lanzhou has already started to develop light industry-based industries before the period of the Fifth Five-Year Plan.These industries were scattered in the suburbs,marginal areas and more remote red ancient areas of Lanzhou City at that time.,Yuzhong County and other places,scattered residential areas have been formed around the industry;during the 15 th Five-Year Plan period,industrial enterprises in Lanzhou have developed on a large scale,and their affiliated settlements have been constructed in the form of collective ownership of public ownership.These industrial enterprises and settlements are relatively Centrally distributed in Xigu District,Qilihe District and Anning District;during the Second Five-Year Plan and the three-year adjustment period,Lanzhou's industrial enterprises and residential areas were built as follow-up projects during the First Five-Year Plan period,and some were adjusted during the three-year period It was built at the end of the period;during the three-five-year plan and the third-line construction period,industrial enterprises in Lanzhou received a lot of capital and talent support.At this time,old industries and settlements in Lanzhou were significantly concentrated in Xigu District,Qilihe District,Anning Districts and Chengguan Districts are also more distributed but more dispersed.In addition,the industrial development center of gravity and agglomeration effect in each area are also different;although the three-line construction period has been continuously updated and transformed,the old industrial settlements have changed little in terms of overall macro-spatial pattern.From a meso perspective,the old industrial settlements of Lanzhou city are mainly distributed in the central urban area of the entire Lanzhou city,namely the four districts of Xigu,Qilihe,Anning and Chengguan.Among them,the old industrial settlements in Xigu District have obvious agglomeration effects,and most of them are concentrated in the core of the southeast area of the central city of Xigu along railways and main transportation roads;the old industrial settlements in Qilihe are mainly along the west and east of Xijin West Road The section area presents a band-shaped agglomeration distribution;the distribution of old industrial settlements in Chengguan District is more complicated and smaller,and more scattered,but there are two dense points in space,namely the area north of the southwest railway in the central urban area of Chengguan District,and the center Near the Yellow River in the northwest of the urban area;although the number of old industrial settlements in Anning District is the smallest,the scale is larger than that in Chengguan District,mainly along Anning West Road,which is obviously concentrated near Feijiaying.From a microscopic point of view,the spatial pattern inside the old industrial settlements in Lanzhou has evolved from a low-level enclosed distribution to a multi-layer determinant distribution,and then to a low-level enclosed type,a multi-layer determinant and a high-rise point type.The mixed splicing structure of residential buildings coexisting;in addition,with the changes in the nature of surrounding land and urban policies,some of its internal residential parts have been included in the shed reform plan,and the surrounding facilities and factories have also undergone certain changes.The evolution of the spatial pattern of the old industrial settlements in Lanzhou is mainly influenced by such factors as policy orientation and system,the concept of planning and construction,natural environment,climate,urban economic development,and the demands of the residents against the background of aging.In terms of development trend,in the urban and rural areas of Lanzhou,apart from Xigu District,the unique industrial cultural atmosphere of the traditional old industrial settlements in other districts is gradually fading out,the old industrial settlements in villages and towns will gradually be replaced by modern and urbanized settlements;within the urban areas,the old industrial settlements will form a new type of community community that shares modern independent communities or a unique industrial culture due to the relocation of factories,however,it is inevitable that some elderly residents may be marginalized due to the inadequate living conditions;in the old industrial settlements,due to the inevitable trend of redevelopment,in addit ion,the concepts of the combination of medical care and health community will be gradually integrated into the renovation of the old industrial settlements in the continuous improvement of social policies.As for the supporting facilities in these old industrial settlements,due to the social trend of aging,the future supporting facilities will be more targeted to the elderly,so that the elderly residents have fun.The above analysis has a certain degree of universality to the spatial development trend of the old industrial settlements in Lanzhou. |
