Research On Safety Management Of Real Estate Construction Site Under The Concept Of Intelligent Construction Site

With the city's economic development and technological progress,the real estate industry has achieve significant results in terms of technology and design.However,at the construction site of real estate projects,safety accidents have occurred frequently,especially in the field of housing construction,constantly exposed to security management short board.Safety management is an important link that runs through the entire construction process of real estate projects,and the core link to reduce the number of safety accidents is at the construction site.How to use intelligent technology to optimize the traditional real estate construction site safety management mode,achieving safety management's scientific and effectiveness at construction site.practically improving the status of safety management at the construction site,promoting the scientific management of real estate project site safety management,and reducing the incidence of safety accidents need to be studied urgently.Based on the theory of system safety,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of accidents on the construction site of real estate projects through hazard source identification,causal analysis,and fault tree system analysis methods,combines emerging technologies to optimize construction site safety management,and combines engineering with FCE to evaluating.The paper aims to make a little effort to reduce the frequency of safety accidents by optimizing the safety management method at the construction site.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By arranging and summarizing the current status of real estate project construction site safety management and the Construction Site of Intelligentization development in the existing research,it provides a research basis for this paper and determines the research significance and research direction of this paper.(2)By analyzing the causation factors of high-frequency accidents at the current stage,the main influencing factors of accidents in the safety management of construction sites of real estate projects are obtained,and the degree of influence of causal factors on the effectiveness of safety management of construction sites of real estate projects is determined through the reliability analysis of fault tree system,in order to provide scientifically designed basic materials for the optimization of the project construction site safety management mode research.(3)In order to reduce the occurrence rate of on-site accidents in real estate projects,starting from optimizing on-site safety management methods,based on the concept of Construction Site of Intelligentization referred to IOT layer,network layer,application terminal layer,principle,equipment,technology,combined with the influence degree of theaforementioned accident-causing factors,researching real estate project construction site safety management processes and intelligent safety management of construction site.(4)Relying on a new real estate project on the construction site of intelligent security management empirical analysis.According to the actual application of the intelligent safety management system,compared with the traditional on-site safety management model,it is obtained that the on-site safety management model of real estate projects based on emerging technologies can reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,the actual effect is good,and it can be promoted.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)The personnel factor is an integrated effect of multiple reasons,and the unsafe state of the object and the loophole of the on-site management are affected by a single factor.But compared with the unsafe behavior of people and the unsafe state of things,the causal factors involved in management have a greater impact on the accident.(2)Collapse accidents have many paths and large impacts,and the causes are mostly concentrated in people,things,and management.Management causes account for 80%.(3)Based on the cause and effect analysis of the accident,relying on video surveillance,wireless sensing and other technologies,the Intelligent safety management system of construction site is developed,including personnel management system,machinery management system,monitoring and early warning system,on-site safety hazard management system,emergency plan management system,construction accident management system.(4)With the help of intelligent real estate project construction site safety management mode is feasible and effective,and has certain theoretical and practical reference significance.
