In recent years,with the vigorous development of the social economy and the continuous rise of e-commerce,the demand for logistics by manufacturing companies is increasing,and with the development of computer technology,intelligent three-dimensional warehouses have rapidly developed into a collection storage,handling And distribution as one of the core warehousing facilities,so companies pay more attention to the impact of warehousing on logistics efficiency.They mainly reduce costs and increase revenue by improving the operating efficiency of handling equipment.The optimization of the cargo space and the optimization of the dispatching of goods in and out of the warehouse are the core steps of intelligent three-dimensional warehouse management.They play a vital role in the development of warehousing enterprises.The research and application of practical optimization methods can improve the overall efficiency of the warehouse and improve the company Operational efficiency plays an important role,so the research of automatic three-dimensional warehouse has good economic value and social benefits for warehousing enterprises and the country.This article combined with the current development status of intelligent three-dimensional warehouse,carried out in-depth research and analysis on the optimization of intelligent three-dimensional warehouse cargo location and the optimization of goods in and out storage scheduling:(1)With regard to the optimization of the cargo location in the intelligent three-dimensional warehouse,the article conducts research from three aspects: the safety of warehousing operations,the efficiency of the goods in and out of the warehouse,and the storage of the related products.The multi-objective mathematical model of cargo location optimization has been created.The multi-objective research problem is transformed into a single-objective problem through the distribution of different weights.In order to avoid the problem of low convergence of the genetic algorithm in solving,this paper uses a multi-group genetic algorithm to solve the model.Whether in terms of storage efficiency,shelf stability or the degree of storage of the related goods,the multigroup genetic algorithm solves the effect All are better than simple genetic algorithms,verify the rationality of the optimization model built,and can provide ideas for the optimization of warehouse allocation.(2)For the problem of optimizing the scheduling of goods in and out of the warehouse,the compound operation of the stacker is taken as the key research object.The model,by changing the order of outbound tasks to find a reasonable matching program between outbound tasks and inbound tasks,using improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem of goods inbound and outbound job scheduling,using MATLAB software to simulate the optimization model,and the comparison results are optimized The dispatching plan of goods in and out has obvious effect,which verifies the feasibility of the plan,and also provides a theoretical basis for different enterprises to choose stacker scheduling and automatic trolley scheduling.
