| The switch is one of the key equipments in railway basic equipments,which makes the train run from one line to another in railway transportation.It mainly consists of basic rails,pointed rails,movable center rails and switch switching and locking.Switch movable parts such as cusp rail and center rail are the weak points of the line.They are not only the key points of the line maintenance of the engineering department,but also the key points of the maintenance of the electrical department.They are also the joint equipment with frequent inertial faults of the engineering and electrical department,which is difficult to prevent and treat.At present,the existing switch equipment detection facilities mainly include signal centralized monitoring,gap monitoring,CPIII line monitoring and other systems,as well as work and electricity monitoring train data.By monitoring the operation curve of the switch machine,indicating voltage,switch gap,the information of the track monitoring track status of the work,some switch equipment failures are reduced,but the effect is not obvious.In recent years,with the increase in the number of high-speed and general-speed lines,the number of switch equipment is increasing.The failure rate of switch equipment has accounted for more than 50% of the total number of faults.For this reason,China National Railway Corporation improves the quality of switch equipment and reduces the failure rate of switch equipment by studying the comprehensive monitoring system of switches,promoting the reform of maintenance system of industrial and electrical departments,and improving the repair and maintenance,and promoting the joint inspection and rectification of power and electricity.In view of the above situation,this paper firstly introduces the research background and current situation,as well as the classification of the data of the monitoring system and the application of the pre-alarm information,and intuitively guides the maintenance work.Secondly,analyze the system function requirements,elaborate system design standards,design principles and inter-system communication standards and disposal procedures to achieve the overall design of the system.Thirdly,comprehensive data analysis and FTA are used to obtain the knowledge needed for fault system modeling,to determine the probability parameters of the diagnosis network,to establish the CMEP Bayesian network model,The Bayesian network diagnosis algorithm is simulated and verified in the software environment,which provides a scientific basis for the fault diagnosis of the switch,guides the site to accurately determine the cause of the fault,and solves the hidden danger of the device.Finally,to achieve high-speed railway industry and electricity integration switch maintenance system by using computer technology,communication technology,Mysql database technology,Java language and other methods.Through the use of high-speed railway industry and electricity integration system,the sharing of work and electrical equipment resources is realized,it can understand switch operation status in real-time,master the joint inspection,rectification and acceptance of on-site electricity and industry,analyze potential safety hazards synthetically,implement preventive maintenance,improve equipment maintenance quality,and ensure the safe operation of the train. |
