| With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s domestic high-speed railway industry has also undergone tremendous changes.China has made great progress in both the construction technology of high-speed railway and project construction risk management,and has become one of the world’s advanced ranks.In the aspect of high-speed railway construction,a series of new technologies and new construction methods have been innovated.In the construction and implementation process of communication engineering,signal engineering,power engineering,electrification engineering and other "four electricity" projects,the new construction mode of "four electricity" system integration has been introduced and implemented,which provides a strong guarantee for the construction quality of the core system of high-speed railway in China.As the last link of the construction period of high-speed railway project,the "four power" project is an important content before the "joint commissioning and test" of high-speed railway project.The risk management and control of the construction period is directly related to the time schedule arrangement of the "joint commissioning and test" of high-speed railway project,and even affects whether the high-speed railway project can be put into operation as scheduled.In recent years,a lot of related literature about risk management and control of high-speed railway construction projects has been published in domestic high-level academic journals,which shows that more and more attention has been paid to the risk research of high-speed railway projects in recent years.However,at present,the risk research of high-speed railway project is mostly limited to the risk management and control of the whole project or the construction of subgrade,bridge,tunnel and other civil engineering projects,and the relevant research on the risk management and control of "four electricity" project of high-speed railway is relatively lacking.This paper will start from the current situation of project risk management in the construction of "four electricity" system integration project of high-speed railway in China,and study and analyze the existing shortcomings.Starting from the analysis of these characteristics,this paper identifies the construction risk of "four electricity" integration project of high-speed railway,and takes the completed project--the case of "four electricity" integration project of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed railway as the research object,establishes AHP model,and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,AHP and other research methods for risk assessment.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,and carries out the full text of "four electricity" project risk management research. |
