Currently,China's high-speed railway technology develops rapidly and railway transport greatly promotes national economy.But any railway accident in high-speed development of railway would generate significant loss to China,hence,the safety transport as supreme goal of railway transport is of great significance.High-quality vehicle maintenance can ensure safe operation.With the development of China's EMU train technology,more and more EMU trains maintainers are needed and their ability requirements are improved constantly.The learning model of EMU train maintainers changes significantly with the age progress and smartphone popularization.Mobile learning on phone is popular in education and digital publishing field by virtue of its unique convenience among many learning models.It is a great challenge to serve railway teaching with mobile intelligence and information-based technology services.For the purpose of further serving new high-speed railway employees and EMU trains transformation personnel in training,and serving the railway safety transport production and high-quality research teaching,the Delphi language is adopted in Android system in combination with the network technology,database,etc.to develop the teaching software about "EMU trains recognize accessories through pictures" in mobile phone timely as per the published China CRH series books CR400 AF EMU Trains Recognize Accessories through Pictures and CR400 BF EMU Trains Recognize Accessories through Pictures,promoting the book digital integration development.The function models are designed in software to help EMU employees learn the CRH's accessory structure and location in all directions and multiple dimensions and to further master the EUM train structure.The training method and learning mode of new EMU employees are discussed at first to master their learning features and complete project conception;Secondly,the feasibility analysis is carried out to specify the design principle;Later,the development tools and technology base needed in software development are researched and confirmed from the technology perspective by analyzing project demands and specifying design framework;Next,the technology analysis and programming design are completed as per software project requirements;Finally,the software's function achievement is tested and its effect is evaluated.I mainly participate in the project's demand analysis,material collection,software design,achievement of part of codes,function test,etc.Each function could be used normally through software test and trial operation and the expected goal of subject is completed.The teaching software about "EMU trains recognize accessories through pictures" in mobile phone not only can help EMU train maintainers master the position and structure of EMU train parts,but also provides one invisible perspective for the mass to know the basic structure of EMU.The software implements CRH's accessory structure teaching,examination,information statistics and other functions,thereby reducing the time and space constraints of staff in CRH's accessory structure training.The learning process is not affected by factors such as the maintenance time of the EMU,the power failure of the contact network,etc.,and solves the problem of short training period for new staff.In summary,the teaching software about "EMU trains recognize accessories through pictures" fills the gap in the CRH's accessory structure teaching in mobile phone,and provides a guarantee for the intelligent training of new staff in the EMU.
