At present,due to traffic safety accidents and unexpected accidents,as well as the perplexity of diseases and population ageing all over the world,there are a large number of groups who have lost the ability to walk that need tools of transportation to meet the needs of daily life.In order to maintain this need,as a kind of vehicle,wheelchair is more and more common in the life.In order to adapt to the requirements of different types of user groups,various wheelchair control modes have been designed and researched.On the basis of some existing electric wheelchairs,this paper determines the whole scheme of a kind of posture control electric wheelchair.Based on the functional analysis of the posture control electric wheelchair,the design ideas and schemes of the posture control electric wheelchair are determined.This scheme provides a good basis for the structural design of the posture control electric wheelchair.Based on the human body size of the user group and design types of different product size,some key dimensions of chair in the posture control wheelchair are designed in this paper.The seat realizes the better comfortableness when the user controls the posture control electric wheelchair.The important structure and size of the transfer mechanism under the seat are designed according to the design idea of the posture control electric wheelchair.The structure design has the function of displacement adjustment,which can better realize the stability of the wheelchair.The layout and design of the power device are carried out,and the size of the transmission shaft is optimized by using Matlab software,which can reduce the size of the transmission shaft to realize lightweight on the premise of satisfying the requirements of the mechanical properties.In order to reduce the influence of the vibration on the seat,a damping structure is designed in the posture control wheelchair system,and the Adams simulation software is used to analyze the vibration of the posture control electric wheelchair with or without the damping structure.With the comparative analysis of modal participation factor and frequency response curve,it is verified that the damping structure can achieve better damping function.Design the control system of the posture control electric wheelchair,select the hardware of the control system,complete the design of the electrical schematic diagram,and draw up the program scheme of the control system of the posture control electric wheelchair.The posture control electric wheelchair can be combined with another intelligent designs of electric wheelchair,and provides reference for the future research of electric wheelchair control and another aspects.
