The third source of profit within the enterprise-workshop facility layout optimization,can not only reduce the cost of internal logistics,optimize the structure of the workshop layout,improve production efficiency,but also for enterprises in the quantity catch-up to quality catch-up,scale expansion to structural upgrading of the transformation to lay a good foundation.Workshop facility layout research is an important field in engineering research and practice,and also a key component of enterprise production system,with practical and multidisciplinary cross-cutting characteristics.In enterprises,the advantages and disadvantages of the layout of workshop facilities can directly affect the logistics efficiency,workshop equipment utilization,production efficiency,production balance and safety.This paper uses the method of combining normative research with empirical research,first,combing the research context of the theory related to the layout of the workshop facilities,taking the manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and analyzing the current situation of the layout of the workshop facilities in the manufacturing industry,secondly,the basic situation of the C company winery is analyzed,and the current layout of the winery packaging workshop is studied.This paper summarizes the existing problems in the packaging workshop of the winery,and again,according to the system layout design method,divides the working unit of the c-company packaging workshop,analyzes the logistics and non-logistics relationships existing between the working units,and draws the correlation diagram of the comprehensive interrelation,and analyzes the strength of the affinity level between the operating units.To establish a mathematical model with the goal of minimizing logistics cost and maximizing non-logistics relationship,the particle group algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimization scheme of the layout of the workshop facilities is obtained.By comparing the current layout with the optimization scheme,the validity and feasibility of the optimization scheme are proved.
