With the continuous deepening of "Made in China 2025" and the concept of Industry 4.0,manufacturing enterprises are advancing towards the strategic goal of innovative development.At the same time,manufacturing enterprises are constantly seeking to use scientific technology and optimization methods to reduce waste of resources in production and improve production line operation efficiency,so as to ensure that enterprises can occupy a favorable position in the market.China's manufacturing enterprises are at a new stage of development.Increasing the production capacity of manufacturing enterprises,optimizing the production operation service model,improving the on-time delivery capacity and customer satisfaction are important ways to realize the transformation of manufacturing enterprises into manufacturing service-oriented models.Optimization of the production process is a prerequisite for achieving service-oriented manufacturing,and it is also a key link for enterprises to improve production operation efficiency.For manufacturers of hydraulic support equipment,the piston rod is the main power component of its internal hydraulic system,and it is also the basis and key to the production equipment of the hydraulic support equipment.The processing of each link requires the input of various raw materials,equipment,and human capital.Therefore,the high-quality and multiple types of piston rod workpiece output put forward higher requirements for the rational arrangement of production beats,casting processes,and automated processing equipment.This thesis takes the company's piston rod production line as the research object,analyzes the current status of the production line,and establishes an optimization model to optimize the key issues that the production line urgently needs to be improved in order to improve the production operation efficiency of the piston rod production line.First,the research background and significance of this paper are summarized.The main research contents and main methods used in this paper are determined by combing and integrating relevant domestic and foreign related research literature on production line research and production line optimization methods.Introduce the current status of Y company's production and operation,and the company's piston rod production process,process flow,work station,and operation analysis.The company's piston rod production line is in operation through methods such as job measurement analysis,ECRS analysis,and fishbone diagram before optimization Problems.Then,a scheduling optimization model is constructed for the objective of the optimization plan of the piston rod production line,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model through Matlab to obtain the optimization result.Thirdly,use Plant Simulation software to simulate the piston rod production line of Y Company,and analyze the simulation results.Finally,by comparing the evaluation indicators of the production line before and after the optimization,constructive opinions and safeguard measures are put forward.
