| With the increasing number of end-of-life mechanical and electrical products in China,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Remanufacturing is one of the effective ways to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.How to reduce the cost and improving production efficiency of remanufacturing has always been a major challenge for remanufacturing enterprises.Disassembly and remanufacturing processing are the key links of remanufacturing.Remanufacturing production line optimization,mainly remanufacturing disassembly line and remanufacturing repair line,aim to achieve reasonable scheduling of the remanufacturing process of used products,which is of great significance for reducing remanufacturing cost,improving production efficiency and resource recovery rate.Existing research ignores the end-of-life mechanical and electrical product type,the failure modes are not sure of the constraint,remanufacturing production line optimization result has discrepancy with actual situation.Therefore,this paper studies consider multiple failure characteristics and material damage parts of single variety straight-line remanufacturing disassembly line balance optimization,many kinds of parallel local mixed-flow disassembly line balance optimization,the remanufacturing of used parts production line planning,mainly finished the following work:(1)In order to reduce the cost of remanufacturing disassembly line,improve the environmental sustainability and disassembly efficiency,a multi-constraint remanufacturing disassembly line balance model considering multiple failures and material hazard constraints was established,and the improved NSGA-II algorithm was applied to solve the problem quickly.(2)Aiming at the number of component parts in variety and uncertainty decision problems,put forward the parallel local mixed-flow remanufacturing disassembly line layout form,by removing hierarchical task allocation to achieve a wide variety of end-of-life mechanical and electrical products in parallel local mixed flow remove the task allocation,and proposes the sectional multi-objective non dominated sorting genetic optimization algorithm,improves the production efficiency.(3)Based on simulation method,a new method for the optimization of parts remanufacturing processing production line.Through the existing repair parts remanufacturing production line simulation analysis,found the system exist quality problems of uncertainty,jam et al problem.The connecting rod as object,come up with a new program to add inspection process and balance production line,established based on time shift system to simulate the actual working conditions of the shift system.(4)The prototype system of remanufacturing production line optimization was developed based on MATLAB,and the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method were verified by numerical case,34 disassembly task engine,Passat automobile engine and engine connecting rod in the research group. |
