Prefabricated buildings in China with its green environmental protection,good seismic performance and many other advantages have been widely recognized,in many countries in the world has been widely used,represents the development trend of China's construction industry,is an important way to realize China's construction industrialization.As a cold region,ningxia hui autonomous region has high requirements on the thermal insulation and fire performance of buildings,and the relevant technologies are not yet mature.As a result,the acceptance of the new building form of prefabricated buildings is low and the market development is slow.In terms of use functions and building energy conservation,there are significant differences between industrial buildings and civil buildings,with different requirements for design.Therefore,in the production process,the types of industrial buildings are different,and the requirements for technology and indoor environmental conditions are also different.Due to its special production environment,the precision plant has higher requirements for indoor environment,but it can only meet the general requirements in the design season of the plant at present,resulting in a large amount of energy consumption of the precision plant.The application of heat preservation and insulation technology on the outer wall of the precision-assembled steel structure plant can effectively save energy.If the heat preservation and insulation technology can be further optimized to improve its performance,this aspect will play a more significant role,which is very necessary in ningxia.Through literature reading,field investigation and other methods.I understand the data information about the development of China's current prefabricated building,The development process,current situation,achievements and technical experience of China's prefabricated building are summarized.The energy-conservation of China's peripheral structure and industrial building is studied.Combined with the characteristics of the building climate in ningxia,the paper summarizes the thermal insulation technology of the outer wall of the prefabricated building in ningxia,and gives the selection of thermal insulation materials for the outer wall,the calculation of thermal insulation for the outer wall,and the construction practice of thermal insulation for the outer wall of the traditional prefabricated plant.Four kinds of outer wall construction schemes of prefabricated steel plant in ningxia are proposed.Thermal parameters K,R0 and the total cost of the wall are calculated to compare the thermal insulation performance and economy.Energy-saving design software application,BECS,applying exterior wall construction scheme in zhongwei precision fabricated steel structure workshop instance-axial town 2#workshop,energy-saving simulation calculation,based on different wall structure is its energy saving effect,increase or decrease the room area,degree of comparative analysis,given the optimal ratio of solution,precision of prefabricated steel structure factory building external wall thermal insulation application to provide the reference.
