GIS equipment is a kind of modular electrical equipment,which has the advantages of small footprint,convenient installation,high operation reliability and strong anti-noise interference,and has been widely used in the power grid.At present,there are many researches on operation monitoring and fault diagnosis system of GIS circuit breaker.However,in recent years,power grid accidents caused by internal fault of GIS disconnecting switch occur frequently,which bring huge losses to power grid and power consumers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the operation monitoring system and fault diagnosis system of GIS disconnection switch to improve the stable operation of power grid.GIS disconnecting switch model and basic detection method are studied.The physical model and structural schematic diagram of GIS disconnecting switch are given.Based on the principle analysis of primary and secondary,the theoretical analysis of each parameter of GIS disconnecting switch is given,and the overall principle of its sensor characteristics and monitoring system is briefly analyzed.The commonly used detection method of GIS disconnecting switch is given,which lays a certain foundation for the study of GIS disconnecting switch diagnosis system and mechanical characteristic analysis system.The characteristic analysis and fault diagnosis strategy of GIS disconnecting switch are studied.The operation characteristic curve of GIS disconnecting switch is given and the analysis of its switching characteristic system is completed.The GIS disconnecting switch characteristic measurement system is constructed to complete the state measurement of its important parameters,analyze its mechanical characteristics and action principle,and analyze the magnetic induction angular displacement sensor and its measurement system.The fault analysis and determination method of GIS disconnecting switch based on data mining technology is mainly completed,the basic criteria of disconnecting switch and the basic theory of diagnosis are given,the extraction and parameter criteria of characteristic values,fault characteristics and diagnosis criteria are given,and the action analysis curve of GIS disconnecting switch is proposed to facilitate fault judgment.The design of GIS disconnecting switch intelligent system is studied.This paper analyzes the characteristics and significance of GIS disconnecting switch intelligent detection system for mechanical characteristics.The selection criteria of processor for performance detection and fault diagnosis system are given.Complete the hardware and software design of GIS disconnecting switch mechanical characteristic system.Based on the above theories and methods,the actual mechanical characteristics and data analysis of 500 k V GIS isolation were studied,and the measured data verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
