Since the reform and opening up,the living standard of our people has been greatly improved,and the wealth of life has made more and more consumers increase their expenditure in improving health care and health care,so as to improve the quality of life,which has provided a broad market for the development of the latest biological drugs.Then,due to the characteristics of complete functions,complex design and long construction period of biomedical engineering project,the risk of project construction also exists.Project construction is a long-term process faced with a variety of high-risk factors.In the process of project construction,participants are likely to have different positions,interests and demands,resulting in different points and aspects of risk concern.If the risks of the construction project are not identified and prevented,it will cause great impact and loss of the project.In this study,a construction project risk management is taken as the research object,the research background,purpose and significance are described at the beginning,the research status of risk management at home and abroad is summarized,and the research direction,ideas and technical road map are determined.Then it reviews the relevant theories of construction project risk management,expounds the classification and source of construction project risk,the content and method of risk identification,the content and principle of construction project risk management,the method of construction project risk evaluation,etc.So as to lay a theoretical foundation for the later research.Then,by using the method of questionnaire survey,the risks of construction project a are determined and analyzed.Based on the construction of a construction project risk evaluation index system,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the risk evaluation method,and determines to use AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the risk of a construction project.This paper expounds the application steps of AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method risk evaluation model,and applies this method to a construction project.Finally,according to the above evaluation results,combined with the actual situation of construction project a,with the help of risk prevention and control strategies,the corresponding risk response measures and monitoring measures are proposed,in order to provide meaningful guidance for reducing the risk of construction project A and ensure the smooth development of construction project A.
