In today’s China,social economy continuously develop and market competition sharply increase,enterprises much more focus on human resources,and human resource cost control has become the one of the key points in the enterprise cost control.Actually,the human resources cost control is to focus on the ratio of human resources input and output,focus on the human resource utilization.To improve the strength of the enterprise by reasonably investing in talents,so as to lift the operating benefit of the enterprise,and eventually maximum the enterprise income and value.Taking W Company,an Automotive Parts Company,as the research object,from the year 2017 to 2019,this paper analyzes the human resource cost current status of Company W from following aspects,acquisition cost,development cost,utilization and guarantee cost,turnover cost.Taking the elastic control model in the quantitative analysis,found out that the current human resource cost control of W company is in a reasonable range,but still need to improve.Taking qualitative analysis,seek out the existing main problems and causes.Finally,based on W company,corresponding to the above four aspects,learn the new tools in the new time and put forward the relevant solutions for human resource cost control,and put forward the guarantee measures,like rules and supervisory set up,to better manage and implement human resource cost control.
