In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of national living standard,automobile has a certain popularity rate in many areas of our country,which makes the development of automobile industry in our country have a more obvious acceleration.However,this also leads to the increasingly fierce competition in the industry market.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of talents.Therefore,enterprises are scrambling to open the road of self-cultivation and introduction of talents,which has opened a huge competition for talents,which makes the talents accumulated since the establishment of enterprises increasingly affected by market competition.At the same time,with the increasing of employees’ comprehensive quality,employees’ demand for internal and external incentive policies of the enterprise is gradually changing,which makes the enterprise want to consolidate the existing talents,it has to pay attention to or tap the needs of employees,and make real-time adjustment and improvement of internal and external policies.In the face of such changing external environment and internal demand,the author makes a deep research and Analysis on the deficiencies of performance management and talent incentive of FAA company based on the systematic and in-depth analysis of the actual situation of human resource management.In view of the actual needs of employees,we have formulated perfect and effective performance management and incentive measures,in order to achieve the ultimate goal of human resource performance management and incentive.
