During the research and development of a certain type of aircraft,a semi-physical test environment for the electromechanical system was built to simulate the internal operating status of the electromechanical system without relying on the actual airborne equipment.And it could output airborne signals to interact with the external equipment,which could speed up the test and verification for the electromechanical system.Aiming at the multi-physics domain joint simulation problem faced by electromechanical system simulation,this paper proposed a joint simulation scheme based on FMI interface technology,and designed the electromechanical simulation verification system.At the same time,this paper compared and demonstrated the micro-core architecture,layered architecture,and event-driven architecture,which were commonly used in hardware-in-the-loop simulation platforms.Based on that,this paper proposed to use the better decoupling characteristics of event-driven architecture to solve the in-layer coupling problems in layered architecture.Therefore,the architecture scheme of the semi-physical simulation platform for the mechatronic system was further proposed,which was based on "layer-based and event-driven supplementary".In addition,aiming at the incompatibility of the aeronautical bus test platforms among those different electromechanical systems,this paper proposed a general bus test architecture based on the queue state machine,which could achieve inter-model compatibility among different aeronautical buses.The semi-physical simulation platform for the mechanical and electrical system mainly adopts a layered architecture.The entire simulation platform is a distributed system,which consists of an upper workstation computer and a real-time industrial control lower computer.The upper computer implements functions such as model management,test control,data monitoring and interface control.The lower computer uses the general bus test architecture,which mainly implements scheduling and control of simulation models,analog quantities,discrete quantities and aviation buses.Finally,this paper combines the application case of a certain type of electromechanical system semi-physical test environment,and introduces the design and implementation of its upper computer and lower computer in detail.The test environment has been successfully applied in practice and its operation effect is good.The general bus test architecture is also applied to the control and simulation in 1394 b,1553b,429,and 422 buses.
