As the new aircraft test project putting into action, it has led to strictrequirement for the command and organizing of proving ground, operation qualityof test and launch, measurement and control capability. On the one hand, the highdensity and high parallel state of the aircraft test project has been normal. Theequipment status transforms frequently. And the training effect and the equipmentoperating level of the testing personnel can’t be protected. On the other hand, thetraining for test and launch can’t be initiated effective, because real equipment isscarce. That limits the improvement of performing primary test capability.Based on the requirement mentioned above, this research aims at this project’sintegration training of test and launch, measurement and control, command andcommunication. Based on the configuration of aircraft system and its work and testprinciple, a digital aircraft simulation system is designed. This digital aircraftsimulation system can realize the integrated test in technique position, thetemporary launch test in position, and the test simulation during flight. The test andlaunch simulation system adopt the digital simulation technique and virtual devicetechnique. The digital ground test device as real as possible is built. The testtraining of aircraft is executed, and the simulation test and launch are realized. Thewhole simulation system includes the test-launch-control system on the ground, thelaunch car system and the pointing system. By constructing the integratedsimulation environment, the typical simulation application can be carried out whichincludes the digital aircraft simulation and the aircraft test-launch simulation. It hasresearched and developed the digital aircraft and its virtual test and launchequipment and has also broken the technology of real equipment seamlessconnection. An integrated emulation training system which merges the design ofreal equipment has been established. The integrated training system could providevirtual training apparatus for test and launch operation training, and providesimulation target intelligence for measurement control and tracking training. Thecapability of performing aircraft test mission can be improved. And that meets therequirement of informatization construction of the launch site.
