Structural health monitoring is a hot research subject in civil engineering nowadays,this paper On the background of the train station architectural feature and environment,according to the results of calculation,the monitoring projects and placement of the sensors had been established,the basic principle of sensor placement is to locate it at a critical location and the most disadvantaged position the location of large deformation.Firstly,the location and number of sensor placement are introduced in detail,then the processing method of monitoring data is introduced,the test data of single measurement point or multi-point is extracted by using the self-made platform,and the curve of time curve can be drawn automatically to lay the foundation for subsequent health diagnosis.Study on the problem of health monitoring from the perspective of statistical,using the response by observation process,the damage characteristic parameters are extracted by time series analysis of observation response without structural analysis model,the structural damage is identified by the control graph analysis of the damage characteristic parameters.First,a single variable control diagram is used to complete the monitoring,the control chart of mean standard deviation is mainly used,in addition,there may be a correlation between multiple indicators,T~2 multivariate control chart is used to control the process monitoring and diagnosis of multiple variables,the extent of the damage is determined,If abnormality is found,send out alarm information.
