Study On Spatial Pattern And Planning Strategy Of Urban-rural Integration In The Haidong Areas

The development of the relationship between urban and rural goes through threestages: rural supporting city; Independent development of urban and rural areas; mutualinfiltration and mutual confluence of Urban and rural areas, namely the urban and ruralintegration. Now, after years of reform and development in our country, it has enteredthe second phase for the relations between urban and rural areas. Unceasinglyhighlighting contradiction between urban and rural areas makes us to rethink thetraditional urban-rural relations policy in our country, therefore, the urban and r uralintegration has become a hot topic in the academic and social discussions, which alsobecome an important way for us to solve the relationships between urban and ruralareas，it is also the country’s current strategic focus.urban and rural integration development in Haidong areas as research subject of thisPaper and chose Huzhu county as the main research object, guided by the scientificconcept of development, on the stage, dynamic, regional development concept underthe guidance of overall review of Huzhu county urban and rural development,recognition and combing the existing problems of county urban and rural developmentand its causes, the urban-rural integration at home and abroad for reference, thedevelopment of advanced theory, from the ecolo gical level, economic level, social level, space level put forward the goal of urban-rural integration development system. Andmake clear the key point of the development of the integration of urban and rural areas.Secondly, based on the Huzhu county urban and rural development present situationand the integration of urban and rural demand guidance, explore the factors affecting thedevelopment of urban-rural integration and its mechanism of action, build the Huzhucounty "engine cell+cluster+point axis type" urban and rural spatial developmentpattern. And the model of the theory source, relevant concepts, developmentcharacteristics and evolution path elements, formation and development mechanism indetail in this paper. In order to in the less developed, mountains, valleys, multi-ethnicculture blends references are provided for the integration of urban and ruraldevelopment in the region.At the same time, in order to better promote the development of Huzhu county,which represented Haidong area,this paper is proposed interregional cooperationstrategy, the ecological space control strategy, city development strategy, the greenindustry promotion strategies, and interregional transport planning strategy, in order toguide the urban-rural spatial planning orderly conduct of Huzhu county.
