Design And Implementation Of Dalian Highway Inspection System

The traditional concept of urban road management is "value construction,less supervision" and "major repair,less maintenance".However,with the passage of time,it has been proved that three points of road maintenance relies on construction and the other on maintenance.Without proper road maintenance,urban roads can't play their role.In order to ensure the normal operation of road traffic and people's daily lives,inspectors will regularly conduct manual patrol on road facilities.This process requires to ensure the standardization,normalization and institutionalization of road maintenance to the greatest extent,so as to maintain the smooth of road sections,lay a solid foundation for urban development.The system is composed of two parts: Web terminal and mobile terminal.According to different roles,it has different functions and integrates road inspection and maintenance services.On the mobile terminal,inspectors record the damage of the diseased road section in detail,and deliver it to the upper level auditors.The introduced third-party company assessors evaluate project cost.The Web terminal is multiple reviewed by the Dalian City Maintenance Station and the auditors at all level,they give opinions to determine the project duration and various details.In the end,it accepts the overdue projects construction results to ensure the quality of the project.The Web end of the platform is based on the B / S architecture,which is not limited by time and space,ensuring that users can enjoy platform services in the network environment.The application of Spring Boot + Mybatis architecture can reduce the configuration burden of developers,build quickly and develop efficiently;the MySQL database is used to improve data storage security and system performance;In addition,the Android mobile terminal of the system adopts technologies such as Vue + Ionic application framework and Apache Shiro,which helps to improve system development efficiency and improve user experience.The current highway patrol inspection system has been officially put into use.For Dalian Road Supervision Bureau,the platform helps to simplify the inspection process,reduce the management cost and assessment risk,avoid false detection and miss inspection,and improve the efficiency of highway inspections.Through this system,the strengthening of highway inspections has a profound impact on the urban road traffic construction.
