With the rapid development of Internet technology and the implementation of the “sihao rural roads” of General Secretary Xi Jinping,all regions of the country also hope to use emerging technologies to build a new road system in order to better build and maintain roads system.The traditional highway information system simply manages the road construction process through personnel inspection,entry,and aggregation,and cannot perform real-time monitoring of road construction,inspection,and maintenance.Therefore,the road management department urgently needs a set of automatic,fast and accurate road information management system for management and operation personnel.With the new information technology,we will build,manage,maintain and operate the road system to provide better,convenient and comfortable services for our travel.This paper firstly takes the various problems existing in the road construction process in recent years as the research background,and from this background,analyzes and explains the advantages and significance brought by the development of highway information management system to surrounding cities.Combined with the current popular Java-based Web GIS technology,the highway system is deployed under GIS monitoring to achieve realtime monitoring and real-time management.In addition,by combining the development status and trends of the domestic and international highway systems,the future development of the highway system is expected.A complete road system network needs mature computer application technology and detailed road construction needs to support,and analyzes and explains the construction process in the form of demand modeling and data modeling;After the analysis,this paper takes the analysis results as the core,and designs and implements the highway system from the aspects of overall architecture,detailed function modules and database.Then the design content is verified by the corresponding test method,and some problems still exist in the system are proposed.This paper mainly uses Java language to develop and implement projects.UML unified modeling language is used to analyze business instances.The front-end adopts the popular Angular JS framework with two-way data binding.The back-end uses mature and powerful Spring MVC framework maps data.The data persistence layer uses the Mybatis framework that supports customized SQL.At the same time,the database uses My SQL convenient storage mode to store and query the data of the highway system,and realizes highway information management's remote operation through remote terminal technology.The highway information management system studied in this paper mainly includes GIS monitoring,construction management,maintenance management,comprehensive information management,and system management function modules.The sihao highway information management system realized in this paper has been put into practical operation.The system can realize the automation and standardization management of various information in the highway construction process.At the same time,combined with GIS monitoring technology,it can realize unified management of data and field personnel's Dynamic monitoring.This will promote the comprehensive integration and management efficiency of highway construction management in Pizhou City,and it is of epoch-making significance for promoting road construction in Pizhou City.
