Smart grid has the characteristics of self-healing,interaction,optimization,compatibility and integration,which can realize the reliable,safe and economic operation of power grid.As an important part of smart grid,smart substation has the functions of control network,measurement digitization,information interaction,function integration and state visualization,which provides strong support for information analysis and data decision-making system of smart grid.In order to meet the demand of load growth in Zhaoyuan area,alleviate the regional economic burden It is of great practical significance to carry out the research on Zhaoyuan Smart Substation Technology with high system integration,compact structure and information integration in order to solve the shortcomings of traditional substation,such as the difficulty of real-time collection and sharing of information,the failure of interoperability between devices,poor scalability and so on.This paper studies the design and operation optimization of Zhaoyuan 220 k V intelligent substation.Through consulting a large number of literature,this paper analyzes the typical shortcomings of traditional substation and digital substation,and focuses on the "three-tier two network" system architecture of intelligent substation and IEC61850 communication protocol,among which IEC61850 communication protocol is of great significance to realize the information unification and interaction between different devices.And the application of key technologies such as merging unit and intelligent terminal in process layer can effectively improve the efficiency of information transmission and sharing.At the same time,based on the actual engineering application of Zhaoyuan,the design of the primary and secondary parts of Zhaoyuan intelligent substation is analyzed and studied.The primary part of 220 k V Main Wiring adopts double bus with bus tie circuit breaker wiring,and the design of main electrical equipment adopts the structure scheme of body + sensor + intelligent component,so as to realize electrical intelligence.The second part focuses on the construction of integrated condition monitoring system.Through the establishment of a unified information platform,the integrated monitoring of the whole equipment can be realized,the monitoring efficiency can be improved,and the cost of human and material resources can be saved.Finally,in order to improve the inspection efficiency of intelligent substation,the operation and maintenance optimization strategy based on equipment operation status model is studied.In the design of Zhaoyuan 220 k V intelligent substation,the primary equipment fully improves the level of intelligence.Its intelligent components are composed of several IEDs,which undertake the functions of measurement,monitoring,control,etc.,so as to grasp the operation data in real time and provide the basis for the operation and maintenance optimization of the intelligent substation.The function,trip,failure and other pressure plates of relay protection device in secondary equipment all use soft pressure plate,which can realize more convenient remote operation and improve the safety and stability of substation operation.Through the "three-tier two network" automation system,intelligent substation establishes a unified information platform for condition monitoring,which provides strong technical support for equipment condition based maintenance.Matlab is used to fit the relative deterioration value of the equipment,and the shortest path method is used to formulate the inspection scheme,which saves the operation and maintenance inspection time.
