With the development of computer communication technology and electric power automation,the construction scale of intelligent substation is gradually expanding.The biggest difference between an intelligent substation and a conventional substation is the logical framework,communication mode,designing scheme,integration and debugging of secondary system.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzed the technology of secondary system of intelligent substation and its application.At the same time,this paper can provide some guidance for maintenance personnel in intelligent substation.This paper mainly includes the following contents.Firstly,it analyzed the basic conception of intelligent substation from three aspects:Information digitization,communication platform network,information sharing standardization.Then it studied three layers and two network structure of intelligent substation.Through analyzing allocation principle and plan of the equipment process layer,interval layer,station control layer,the logical relationship was obtained and the frame structure and configuration plan of the integrated monitoring system was designed.And then it analyzed the networking mode and adopted hybrid networking mode.Taking 220kV line protection as an example,it analyzed and designed the network design program of SV and GOOSE.Secondly,it studied and expounded the design of virtual terminal table and virtual terminal logical contact table based on 220kV line protection.Then it analyzed SCD file integration to obtain specific integration process.And then it studied the communication network setting and studied the generation and debugging of configuration files of intelligent secondary installation to proposed specific generation and debugging process.Finally,in the case of Yang zhi station,it analyzed its configuration status of three layers and two network structure in 220kV intelligent substation including the merging unit,intelligent terminal,protective device,measurement and control device,fault recording device,network message analyzer,stable control device and other secondary intelligent devices and secondary network connection in different voltage levels and equipment intervals.Meanwhile,it designed and analyzed the configuration status of station level in intelligent substation.Lastly,it designed and analyzed virtual terminal table of SV and GOOSE in protection device and measurement and control,merging unit,intelligent terminal of 220kV equipment..
