In recent years,with the acceleration of the urbanization process and the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection,two-wheel electric bike(short as e-bike)is widely used due to it can well solve the short distance traffic congestion and reach the energy saving and emission reduction requirement.With the developing of power electronics and motor control technology,the first generation of e-bike system,which driven by brush DC motor,and the second generation of e-bike system,which driven by brushless DC Motor(BLDC),are gradually replaced by the newest third-generation electric control system,which driven by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM).PMSM not only has the advantages of smaller size,lighter weight,lower noise and higher reliability than DC motor,but also has the advantages of higher efficiency,more stable torque in low speed and lower electromagnetic noise than BLDC.PMSM with its absolute advantages will gradually become the mainstream of e-bike driving motor,so the development of e-bike controller based on PMSM has the considerable market prospects.This subject will combine the functions of e-bike and the motor characteristics of outer rotor hub PMSM.It will study and build the mathematical model of PMSM to design the vector control system with double closed loop of current and speed.The function division and specific system design scheme of electric vehicle system will be elaborated in detail.This subject develops a controller based on PMSM e-bike which is composed of hardware and software.The hardware part simulates and designs the circuit of the function module to build a hardware platform with low cost and high reliability.The software part divides and designs the bottom software and application software to realize the motor drive and various application functions.Using test bench in the laboratory to test controller module and the whole product,to fully study the ECU low-cost and high-reliability method which designed by the discrete component.Verifying the practicability of the controller by loading test and road-test,the ECU for e-bike will have certain reference value for the subsequent research.
